HCL SoFy allows Streebo to manage infrastructure easier and more cost effectively than traditional methods, as well as, to make high-impact changes frequently, predictably, and securely with minimal effort. 

The Challenge

Streebo, an HCL Software business partner founded in 2008, has delivered digital transformation solutions to enterprises worldwide, helping customers build, configure, manage, and improve their websites and applications. In their efforts to streamline processes and accelerate innovation they chose HCL SoFy to deploy and maintain HCL Software products on their customers cloud of choice.  

They found that their customers used at least three dev environments across multiple clouds, which slowed deployment times to weeks and months, and took up valuable time and resources in testing, production, and maintenance, driving longer delivery and time to market cycles, ultimately negatively impacting ROI.   

Prior to HCL SoFy adoption, Streebo deployed HCL Software products to multiple on-prem servers, using various API endpoints, creating the need to produce, test and maintain them separately and causing a burden on time and resources. With HCL SoFy, Streebo has access to more than 50 HCL Software product components and 2,000+ Rest API endpoints as cloud-ready building blocks, allowing them to deploy on a single Kubernetes cluster, taking their deployment time from days and hours to minutes – a 90% reduction in initial deployment time.
